We are building out our commercial team with our first dedicated Account Partner. In this role, you will be at the forefront of industry transformation, championing Peer AI’s platform to revolutionize how life sciences companies approach clinical, non-clinical, and regulatory documentation. You will be helping customers bring medicines to patients faster at a lower price point by accelerating regulatory submissions, managing costs effectively, and advancing AI adoption. You will be selling into fast-moving organizations that need to optimize their regulatory documentation processes to achieve critical milestones.

Role Overview
Managing a dedicated portfolio of key enterprise accounts, you will use a value-based selling approach to move clients away from legacy systems and embed our agentic AI technology into their core operations. You will own high-stakes, complex sales cycles from initial discovery through strategic expansion, collaborating closely with Regulatory Affairs and Medical Writing leadership to demonstrate how our AI-native solutions automate complex document workflows. By building cross-functional teams across Medical Writing teams, IT, and the C-suite, you will position Peer AI as a trusted, long-term strategic partner while funneling critical market insights back to our internal product and leadership teams.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years in a quota-carrying account management role (with a history of exceeding targets).
2+ years selling into Regulatory Affairs, Medical Writing Services, or Clinical Trial Management
Skilled at building tailored account plans and product business cases.
Adept at managing and scaling strategic accounts across IT, business, and C-suite levels.
Driven by strategic, proactive client engagement (not just processing renewals).
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
Nice to Have
Strong track record of business development in green field territory
Experience or knowledge in medical writing authoring or CRO services
Works well in a team environment. Strong collaboration skills and ready to roll up their sleeves to help others.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $80,000 - $300,000
The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position is also eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable commission and/or stock bonus.
