Senior Front-End Engineer
Location: Bay Area / RemoteType: Full-Time Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Front-End Engineer with expertise in React, chatbots, and real-time collaboration softwares to join our founding engineering team. The ideal candidate will lead front-end development and be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our nextgen AI-augmented lifesciences product.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and improve user-friendly web applications using React (or another modern framework of your choice).
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define, design, and ship new features.
Implement WYSIWYG editors to enhance our platform's content creation capabilities.
Design and develop real-time communication features to enable seamless user interactions.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
Collaborate with other engineers and founders to improve product usability.
Stay up-to-date on emerging AI and front-end technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Front-End Developer with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in React, including the core principles and popular workflows (Redux, Flux, GraphQL, etc).
Experience with WYSIWYG editor frameworks and building real-time communication applications would be a huge plus.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authentication mechanisms.
Passionate about UX, design, and AI.
